Data Format
Please note the REGIS Agency can only sell GIS Data at present. This is NOT a printed or digital map, it is electronic data which needs to be viewed from within a geographic information system, CAD (computer-aided drafting) application or other similar viewer. (The orthophotography, however, can be viewed using standard image viewing/editing software applications.) Printed or digital maps will be available in the near future, though!
Media
Your data can be transmitted on a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM or sent electronically to you. It can be picked up at the GVMC offices, mailed via the USPS or Fed-Ex, e-mailed (if less than 3.0 MB), or via FTP (your site or ours). Be sure to check the appropriate boxes on the order form under the "Media" and "Delivery" headings.

REGIS License Agreement |
The REGIS License Agreement governs how this data can be used and further disseminated. Receipt and use of the data shall automatically constitute agreement with the REGIS License Agreement. The data is disseminated for general planning purposes only. No warranty of accuracy is implied or given, including any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Order Data |
Please use the REGIS Digital Data Request Form to place your order. You may print the form and fill it out or complete it electronically, then fax or e-mail it back. Most data orders will be turned around in 7-10 business days. However, REGIS staff may be able to reduce turn-around as time permits.
PLEASE NOTE: The order form (above) as well as the available data layers and the pricing schedule have changed as of July 2006. DO NOT use the old order form—download a copy of the new one for use from this point on!

Ottawa County Parcel Data. At present, REGIS does not contain any parcel data in Ottawa County outside the City of Hudsonville. Please visit the Ottawa County GIS website for more information on purchasing non-Hudsonville parcels in Ottawa County.
Hardcopy Maps. The REGIS Agency also sells hardcopy maps. Please see the Printed Maps page for details.
Other Digital Data Layers. Also at present, the REGIS Agency is only distributing the data layers listed above. Additional layers may be made available in the future.
